Raizo (Rain) is a sadistic killer in the world. Collected from the curb, turned into an assassin trained by Ozunu Klan, a secret society whose existence was regarded as a myth. In Berlin, Europol agent Mika Coretti find the flow of government funds to finance the group suspected killer.
Trying to explain his discovery to his superior, Ryan Maslow (Ben Miles), Mika found the secret archives of keberanan killings that have occurred. These investigations make it a target, and the Klan Ozunu send a team led by Takeshi, to kill him.
Raizo saves Mika from his attackers, but he also knows that the clan will never stop until they were both killed. Raizo and Mika must each percya one another if they want to survive and destroy the clan Ozunu
